After consultation, you are under no obligation to receive a recommended
treatment.
You are under no obligation to have repeated or subsequent treatments or
consultations.
Information may or may not be passed to your NHS practitioner at your
discretion.
All home visits are restricted to a 10 mile radius of our clinic.
The doctor has the right to refuse to treat patients where there is:
- a conflict of interest.
- where the patients behaviour is deemed inappropriate.
- where the patient is under the effects of alcohol or drugs.
- where the patient wishes treatment that is unethical or of no
benefit.
Where the doctor is unable to provide the treatment required, an alternative
doctor or specialist will be suggested.
Disabled patients, or those with restricted mobility will be treated in the
privacy of their own home. This does not incur a call out fee.
Emergency call out fee and travel time can be charged at the doctors
discretion. Cost will be advised verbally prior to leaving the surgery.
Should you have any reason to complain, you should first address your issue
in writing to Hypnosis Surrey Clinic. If you are dissatisfied with the subsequent result of
your complaint, your issues should be addressed in writing to the Healthcare
Commission, the addresses for which can be found on the links page.
On rare occasions, it may not be possible to provide emergency or same day
appointments. In this event, the next available appointment time will be
allocated to you.
In exceptional circumstances, the doctor reserves the right to cancel or
move appointments at short notice. Should this happen the next available
appointment time will be allocated to you.
